Treetop off grid eco cabin on the Black Isle, large french doors look out through the Scottish woodland, the cabin sleeps two in a very comfortable double bed, and has a large covered viewing deck. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas camping stove, pizza oven and table/ chairs. Being off grid there is no mains electric, lighting is provided through a mix of solar and battery lights. No running water, bottled water for drinking and washing is provided The cabin has a Woodburning stove.

Bedstee is in a remote, tree sheltered haven on our croft in a beautiful setting overlooking Little Lochbroom. Situated at the end of an 8 mile single road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

The Hide - off-grid-ish woodland cabin near NC500

The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Charming Eco friendly Highland Bothy - sleeps two.

Stay in this charming unique highland bothy nestled amidst idyllic woodland overlooking Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Inside the bothy there is an easy to light wood burning stove , a kitchen area with hot and cold water and gas burner for cooking and traditional style highland box beds with interior lighting. There is a long deep window seat where you can sit to watch birds feeding outside or to enjoy the lovely view. Tor Bothy is low impact sitting in 7 acres of re- wilded land.

Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, and fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall.

We're excited to offer our guests a 5* experience with our custom built cabin. We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

Norskye Bothy

Norskye Bothy is a Scandi-Scot inspired hideaway in the heart of the Isle of Skye. Our architecturally designed eco cabin sleeps up to two people, with uninterrupted hill and loch views. The cabin features an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with a separate king size bedroom and shower room. We are centrally located, only 5 miles from Portree. The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.
