Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. Enjoy a serene garden view and relax in the semi-open-air bath with a Shigaraki ceramic tub. Upstairs includes a tatami room and bedroom with refined design details.

There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with garden view. Electric bikes are rent for free.
