Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Comfortable Air Mattress for Living Room if you need to sleep 4 guests. Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room & Bedroom. Pet Mini Cows Dozer & Daisy & owners live on site.

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.
