Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.
