The main bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom a king single and toddler cot. Second bathroom has a bath and shower. Fully secure front and backyard with enough parking for 2 cars or when towing a boat/trailer.

Riverbend House

Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.

The Hut is situated on 15 acres bush block and 240 meters of private Murray River frontage. Our Hut is family friendly with plenty of things for the kids to do. It is an ideal space to unwind and relax.

Located in the main street of Koondrook Victoria is the old Bakery which was built in 1911. It's been given a new life and made for people to enjoy while they explore the local area of Koondrook/Barham. It accommodates up to 6 people with 3 Bedroom (all queen beds with airconditioners in every room) and 2 Bathrooms.
