Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

Your favorite coastal getaway awaits! Live like a local in your own casita where you can bike to the beach, coffee, dinner, drinks, and catch the sunsets on the patio. Surf some of the most iconic spots nearby or spend the day lounging in the sun and sand. Come back to this rad space with its vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio. The Dutch door lets in the ocean breeze. Enjoy the perfect Southern California weather as you swing on the picture-worthy swings!

Cozy Cottage in Encinitas Highlands

Our cozy cottage has a studio area with a queen bed, and a private room with a double bed..comfortably sleeps 3 adults or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Quiet and sweet. Walk to Swami's beach or drive to Moonlight Bch. There is a step from the main bedroom into the dining area. Also from the cottage to the back patio. If you have friends and family in the area, you must meet them off the property...there are many restaurants and in town for meet ups with family and friends.

Detached 400 sf studio with full kitchen, private redwood deck, and own entrance/parking. Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis!
