Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. Ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung, Erholung, die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus steht mitten in Bergün, visavi vom alten Turm und nähe Volg in mitten vom historischen Dorfzentrum.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.
