BRAND NEW detached Casita. Located close to several professional sports teams as well as colleges, City of Hope Cancer Center, Wildlife Zoo, and countless other things to do. Leave city life behind as you drive down a dirt road to our casita. Along the way you'll see horses, chickens, bunnies, lizards, roadrunners and occasionally hear turkeys and donkeys. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.
