Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Beyond the Gates is a recently converted barn offering luxury accommodation in an idyllic semi-rural location just 5 miles from Norwich. A dog friendly home full of character offering open plan living, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful, well equipped kitchen. The barn is open and airy, all rooms are on one level with patio areas front and rear, private walled garden and hot tub. An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Our 2 bedroom River Rest is in a perfect setting at the front of our Marina, a good spot for fishing from the garden and seeing the boats pass by on their way to and from the River Yare. This quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board. Local boat & canoe hire is possible. Explore the Norfolk Broads and moor right outside of your cosy lodge!
