Bresby Cottage, 3 Bedroom Country Cottage

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway, chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.

We will provide a complimentary welcome box. The moment you arrive here you will feel at ease. The walls are decorated in soft relaxing colours complimented by high quality flooring and furniture.

Rest and relax in this cosy self-contained room with king sized bed and large wet-room with walk-in shower, surrounded by fields and open spaces, waking up to the peace and tranquility of its semi rural setting. Access to main routes to Stamford, ideal location for visiting events at Burghley House, Rutland Water, Peterborough, Boston and Norfolk. The room is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea making facilities. Relax just outside your own front door on the terrace.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

This spacious home provides all the comforts you need when you are away from home, a spacious living and dining area, stunning kitchen, utility and sitting area. Of course we cannot forget the scenic garden with hot tub and BBQ.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

A two bedroom, single floor property with vaulted ceilings throughout. Perfect for guests wanting to enjoy a peaceful environment but have access to surrounding towns. Trains from Peterborough to London are 45mins.

The Good Place, Spalding

The good place is in the centre of town making it easy to explore Spalding . We are a five minute walk from the train station. Our beautiful house contains interesting history and still has a lot of original features. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
