It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, wifi. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Fully renovated October 2025. Light, airy, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom small unit. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. Clean and cozy. Only 100 mtrs to the beach. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.
