Nicely updated two bedroom one bath home with beautiful outdoor spaces is ready for your visit. You will enjoy this 55+ active community. This one level home is only a short drive to all conveniences in Sun City. Please note: One guest must be at least 55 years old. People under the age of 19 are limited to 30 days. Owners park one small car in the garage year round. House is blue/gray but sunny pictures make it look yellow sometimes. 7 day minimum stay.
