“The Loft at Lederach” Upscale Historic Charm

The house was built in 1842 and the upstairs apartment was completely renovated in February 2019. Guests will have access to the entire second floor with a locked private entrance. New appliances and plenty of kitchen tools for the home chef. There is a completely renovated bathroom with its spa like walk-in rain shower. Guests may enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. Convenient washer and dryer are available free of charge. This space is perfect for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreat.

This great room is part of my house that is featuring a private entrance, private bathroom, and a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. It is also an old house but well maintained in the neighborhood but not suitable for children. This vibrant architecture with brick, large porch, large windows, and a sense of the 18th century beauty. It’s also located between an highway and a main road, meaning cars noises are present. Please only book if you feel comfortable with the location, a car is ideal.

The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
