Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin with a stay in the country or have a quiet, romantic getaway in a central area to explore Springs, Current and Jacks Fork Rivers, search for the Wild Horses or just relax and listen to the night sounds and look at the stars! A great location for whitetail deer and turkey hunting public lands of Missouri! 3 miles up the road is Robin’s Roost Cabin. If you want a place in a rural area away from the city lights, this is the place for you!!

No hook ups at this time but in a pinch, we can accommodate for water and power if needed.. Go to sleep to the sounds of frogs and crickets, wake up to birds. Peaceful and private.

Secluded Ranch House Cabin in Eminence - Ozarks

The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Windy’s Will pick you up for your float from your cabin. Be sure to check our other cabins- bunk house, tiny house. Trailrides available by reservation.

WPH Cabin

Our primitive cabin sets at the edge of pristine Little Pine Creek which is fed by the largest spring in Howell County. The sounds of bubbling water, birds singing, and an occasional UAC (Unidentified Animal Call) are all you'll hear in this utterly private setting in the woods. In case you're not sure of the meaning of "primitive", that means no electricity, no plumbing. A fire pit, propane burners, wood stove (wood provided), and outhouse complete your old-fashion camping adventure!

Hometown Hideaway

This cozy hideaway is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, Missouri, directly beside the hospital. The home is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for our guests. The main living area has a reclining sofa, the bedroom features a queen bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a desk located in the bedroom for any work related trips you have in the area. Your stay will include WiFi and a smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows.

Leona’s Cottage is a unique hand built gem nestled in a peaceful wooded setting 2 miles down a quiet country road that’s surrounded by peaceful pastures and natural woodlands. The Cottage is a wonderful get-a-way for those looking for rustic charm but still wanting modern luxuries. Leona’s Cottage shares the road with Emily’s Cottage and is separated by a grove of trees far enough apart for total privacy but close enough for larger gatherings of up to 8 guests.

The river is our happy place, where we find rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. The river access for swimming, crackling wood burning stove, and hot tub are just some of the many things about this cabin that you are sure to love!
