You will enjoy a spacious private area with 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed & one with a queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower, an adorable kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, Keurig as well as a living room with smart tv and wifi with 750mbps. My loft is in the heart of the City of Grinnell and close to The Strand Movie Theatre, Grinnell Craft Brewhouse, Grin City Bakery, many restaurants and McNally's Grocery Store. It is walking distance to Grinnell College, Central Park and most of the amenties offered by our City. A private parking space is provided for guests.
