Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minutes from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away. See Note under "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" about AirBnB fees rolled into the nightly fee.

Franconia Getaway Chalet

The Getaway Chalet is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, family-friendly house close to Cannon Mountain in Franconia. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Casa di Montagna is a newly renovated 2,657 sqft 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house near Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH next to Franconia State Park. A fabulous open concept timber frame home with real rustic charm, the perfect place for a family reunion or for a vacation with friends. The house sleeps 12 and has plenty of space for cooking, dining and just hanging out after spending a great day hiking on the surrounding beautiful mountains, mountain biking, swimming in the lake or playing golf.

Pinestead Farm Lodge, unit 1, "Milk Rooms"

Pinestead is one of NH's oldest working family farms, with roots going back to 1793. The 'Milk Rooms' is one of 4 private guest units within our 1852 farmhouse. Named for the room where the farm's cream separator once stood, it offers 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette & private bath. Pinestead is simple, rustic & imperfect—not a polished “farmhouse-style” getaway.
