The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, where you can hear the sound of the stream of water nearby flowing. It's only a 15 minute walk to the town center, 25 to the train station and about 5-7 minute walk to the Lidl store. Also, a 10-15 minute drive to the Rarau Ski Resort.

Priveliștea de pe terasă e spectaculoasă, perfectă pentru o sesiune de bronz montan, o pauză de chill cu muzică bună în fundal și un pahar de vin.
