Enjoy a stay in the heart of the South Downs surrounded by nature. Whether you want a break away from the rush of everyday life, or a peaceful place to work from. Our cosy container is a beautiful sun trap, attached to our family racing yard. You’re in the perfect location for business or pleasure. footpaths a short walk away. The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

Romantic retreat

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Little Strollings, in a rural Sussex village

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay.

The Old Dairy

A charming courtyard consisting of 3 separate barns with own entrances. French windows open onto the courtyard with outside dining tables and sofas. Each barn has a kingsize bed with shower room (one has a bath also). 2 of the barns have kitchens and separate sitting rooms. The third barn is an ensuite bedroom. The Dower House sits on Ditchling Common close to South Downs National Park down a private lane in a small, gated community. Footpaths over the Common stretch from our gate. Close by are the pretty villages of Ditchling, Cuckfield and Lindfield, with easy access to Brighton, Glyndebourne and Gatwick Airport. Recently renovated, there are two large ensuite bedrooms, a living area and kitchen with a wrap around south facing terrace and garden, and separate utility room.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.
