Located in the beautiful and peaceful scenery of the Highlands of Scotland. You’ll love my place because of serenity and central location for exploring the Highlands. This is a countryside location and requires a car to travel. The nearest shop, restaurant and bus service is 2 miles away in Strathpeffer. Please remember that this is a flat that was originally a granny flat and there is some noise from the property above, please understand this if you book. Please do not book if this bothers you.

It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. Originally built around 1911 and bought in 1986, we have sympathetically renovated our home. PLEASE NOTE The stairs are the original and although we think they retain the character, they may prove challenging to anyone with mobility issues. Situated on the NC500, Highland countryside with picturesque walks and scenic views, Fairburn Estate which offers local fishing (permit required), Muir of ord golf club - 10 Minute drive, Central to hill walking, Rogie Falls and Inverness - 30 minute drive.
