Second Floor Apt, a minutes walk to the beach

Located behind the Ocean Breeze Cottage, the Second Floor apt was built in the 1950's and its been in our family for generations. While the bathroom, kitchen, HVAC and mattresses are upgraded for our modern-day necessary comfort, when you choose to stay here - you're experiencing the charm and life's work of our family's matriarch, Jean Elizabeth Storz. Mom/Mom-mom/GiGi is 93 and the vintage and original furniture sprinkled throughout the apartment tells her story and its a fantastic one.

Shore cottage steps away from warm sandy feet

Strathmere is amazing and the last place on the shore with a quiet laid back beach scene with great neighbors, spacious beaches and a chill attitude. If you're looking for the super nice brand new squeaky clean sterile beach house stacked on top of another overcrowded condo (more focused on AC and amenities), I don't think you should rent this house. People become upset when they realize that my place is an old beach cottage with a great deck and backyard and a minute walk to the beach.

Second floor duplex condo, with direct ocean views. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Casper mattresses. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Both tv’s are smart, Hulu, Netflix etc.

OC NJ South End Sunsets & Beach

Only 2.5 blocks to the pristine south end beaches (surfing beach is 2 blocks north). Enjoy a cocktail on the back deck while watching the sunset. A short drive or hop on the OCNJ jitney (which stops at our block) to the downtown OC business district or boardwalk. Walk or bike over to the 34th street park to play tennis/basketball or enjoy the playground. Pickleball courts are a short drive or bike ride away.
