Centrally located for all your Maritime sight seeing attractions (1 hour drive to Moncton & a short drive to Nova Scotia or PEI). No minimum number of nights or cleaning fee. The Church House - a unique cottage experience

The CHURCH HOUSE is situated in Bayfield, NEW BRUNSWICK!!!! This historic church, built in 1883, was renovated in 2016 and transformed into a distinctive cottage. It is only a few minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cape Tormentine and the Confederation Bridge (a toll bridge costing approximately $20.00 to return to NB). Parties and events are prohibited at Airbnb listings. Note: As of August 20, 2020, Airbnb implemented a worldwide ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.

Cozy waterfront cottage on the Tidnish River!

Our cottage is on the Tidnish River, a tidal river near Baie Verte, NB. There is a lot to explore here, including a huge sandbar that appears when the tide goes out. You can use the provided kayaks to explore the wildlife along the river. Within 10 mins of our place there is a winery, convenience store, take-out, ice cream shop, and trails. There is a public boat launch across the river. It's a great place for water sports, and there is a fire pit outside for campfires.
