This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

This is not a party house. Recently renovated cottage dating back to 1835 surrounded by woodland on the edge of a nature reserve, plenty of outdoor space. Rivers, beaches, stately homes and much more a short drive away. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the leftovers, if it’s wildlife you like you don’t need to leave the house. 20min drive is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. 3 bedroom house, (2 king size & 1 single) with large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. All bed linen provided. 1 bathroom with a 'L' shape bath with shower over, basin and toilet, & 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Towels and hand soap included. Coffee, tea & milk for your first few cuppas. Two free carparks are within one minute walk. We can possibly cater for motorcycles and cycles in our gated courtyard behind.

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.

Waters Reach has a stunning, 90ft private lakeside setting, with the garden seating arrangement, jetty and hot tub, placed to make the most of these glorious views. There are several lakes on the 275 acre site. (please note entry or any activities on any of the lakes is prohibited without authorisation.) There is ample parking for 5 vehicles Spacious open plan and well equipped it is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
