This charming home, sleeps five, and is just steps to the dock which you can tie your boat up to. Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Charlie’s place’s a lovely 800 sf lake front* property on Kerr Lake in Henderson, NC. There is a path to walk the 200 feet to the lake. Mill Creek is a quiet, no-wake zone cove. Excellent for fishing, swimming, kayaking . Ivy Hill boat ramp is a 10-min boat ride from the dock where you can park for the duration of your stay. Mobile home (3) beds , (1 ) bath and kitchen. No washing machine or dryer No pets allowed
