This cabin is newly built and hand crafted with timber right off of this very property. This is a 150 AC farm & bird hunting preserve. Relax in the hot tub, hike, bring your ATV’S/UTV’S - ride for miles down local backroads. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. Public lands nearby offer fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, etc. 20 minutes from the popular Stonewall Resort. (NO WIFI. AT&T & some other providers do have service)

Whitetail Retreat

Relax with the whole family on this working Whitetail Deer Farm. This spacious, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the wildlife in peace. 3 bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen & a full size bed. Kid friendly with a highchair and travel crib. There are plenty of board games, cards, dice, coloring books, crayons and a puzzle so you can spend much needed family time together!

Tygart Lake Woodland Cabin

Log home with 2 living areas and 2 eating areas on quiet two woodland acres near Tygart Lake State Park with a 10 mile long 1,750 acre lake, marina with boat slips, ramps, rentals &cruises. Fishing in lake and river, swimming area, water sports rentals, nature center , plasaaygrounds, picnic areas &hiking trails. Lodge with lakefront dining and gift shop. Public golf course 3.4 miles away. Restaurants, Walmart, stores nearby.

Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
