This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy some downtime and sunshine in the pool in season from Memorial Day to Labor Day or relax in the hot tub all year round. Have some chill time watching a game or some movies on the 80 inch OLED or warm your toes or make some smores in the fire pit. There’s a great private patio with grill and seating if you’d like to do some outdoor cooking. 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 30 minutes to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Enjoy Rocky Mountain Views, relaxing in the quiet Ponderosa Pines with farm animals nearby and peaceful walking trails. Relax in the hammock as the ponies, mini donkeys and goats graze nearby or walk along the dirt road and watch the beautiful sunsets over Mt. Blue Sky. You’ll be a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Parker with unique shops and restaurants to explore, the 40 mile Cherry Creek Bike Trail and nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park.

Enjoy your stay at this walkout garden level “suite” with private entrance. Sit outside and enjoy the backyard views or cuddle up next to the fireplace inside and relax. You’ll enjoy a large private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, fireplace and heated tile floor. Large closet for those longer stays. We are close to downtown Parker for those that like a good walk. You’ll have the downstairs patio/deck furniture and bbq to yourself.
