Casetta Giardino - Little Oasis by The Sea

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the second floor of the house by the sea. Distance from the town center and shops is 100 meters. The apartment near the restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
