Perry cottage is situated in a perfect spot for walking, biking and bird watching. Surrounded by the fantastic views of the South Downs with the sight of the Arundel town and its castle, is the perfect place where to relax and enjoy the countryside. You will be only 30 minutes away from the vibrant towns of Brighton on the east side and 20 min from Chichester on the west. You will find local pubs nearby and attractions like The Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse, known for their festivals.
