This is a private apartment taking the entire upstairs of their house.Breakfast provided with homemade fare. Parking on drive incl; EV charging (small fee).Great road and rail links.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
