Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Kleines, einfaches Turm-Häuschen von 1826 als Teil eines einstigen Weinguts von 1750. Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick über die sanften Hügel des ländlichen Monferrato mitten im Unesco-Weltkulturerbe-Gebiet. Das Haus ist klein, schlicht, aber authentisch und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die wunderschöne neogotische Kirche San Martino. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen, direkt vom Haus aus. Sehr gute Restaurants und Weinlokale in der Umgebung.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.
