Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

The house sits a little ways from the water , but the walk is level and easy. Private dock with ladder. 2 kayaks available for your use, 1 paddleboard, large jenga, cornhole are on the premises for your use.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from restaurants and groceries in Toccoa GA. *Please note that we currently do not have water off our dock.
