The quiet of a villa only 5 km from the beach of Albisola. My apartment is situated on the second floor of a house built by my father and recently remodeled. This is a perfect place to relax. The only sound you'll hear is the white noise of the water running in the nearby rivers. But the fun is very close: you can go to the beach during the day and relax at night, with a BBQ in the garden. Please be aware that there are some steps to climb and 50 meters to walk to access the house.

The property has a beautiful garden with three pergolas, a large swimming pool surrounded by vineyards, the pool is normally open from May 1st to September 30th, and a 'professional' boccia field. Stunning views overlooking the hills of Canelli.
