King size bed, additional 2x Single (Super King) pull out, sitting area, desk / TV and separate bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 (with pull-out bed), but very comfortable for a couple. Our lovely guest cottage is detached from a private house and has open views across the gardens. It’s light and airy and seating for 4, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, microwave, TV and hair-dryer. Secure parking beyond electronic gated entrance.
