The home is cozy and quaint yet full of life. You’ll feel at home as soon as you enter and is an incredible gathering home. Come stay for football games, wedding party housing, parents weekend, or for just a Statesboro adventure. This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.
