We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Our place is close to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski resort. Walk out the front door to the national forest hiking trail, and down the street from the lake, restaurants and Casinos. You’ll love our place because of the comfortable beds, the gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, the coziness and how quiet the neighborhood is. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children). And it says it sleeps 9, but it is very roomy. And, Lots of parking in the driveway.

Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience.
