This is perfectly tucked away and just a rideable couple minutes from Trail 3, a main hub for ATVs and snowmobiles. Only a few minutes from skiing, hiking, ice skating, snowshoeing, Michigan Tech University, Finlandia University and of course historic Houghton and Hancock. Reliable high speed cable WiFi, Roku smart TV, washer & dryer. Contains everything you need for your northern adventure!

Small oven fits 12-in pizza. Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups provided. 2 burner hot plate. 3/4 bathroom. Pull down FULL size (NOT Queen) Murphy bed with attached table when up. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes and cups provided. Good drinking water from faucet. Bed linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi and smart TV. NO TV carrier.

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

High Rock Cabin- 200 ft to trail 17! Close to town

Welcome to our “High Rock Cabin”. This centrally located tiny house is right by the trails. Set in the woods, but only a couple miles from Hancock/Houghton! One main floor bedroom with queen bed, and a loft with two full beds. Please be aware that there is a spiral staircase to access the loft. No smoking in cabin. Will be a $250 fee if smoking is detected. Also, pets must be approved by owners. Will entail an additional pet fee. There is plenty of parking, enough room for a trailer!

Superior Sunset Getaway

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over lake superior from the back door. With 150' of water frontage, but access to about a mile worth's of shoreline you can relax with walks along the beach, sitting by a fire or grilling in the outdoor space. There is also a trout stream that flows into a pond where the local kids and resident bald eagles enjoy fishing. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located 15 minutes from Houghton.

Come visit the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Copper Ridge is a large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house located right next to the Bill Nicholls Trail 3. The parking area is a large, pull-through style driveway with enough room to fit multiple trucks and trailers. House is located 4 miles from Houghton and 6 miles from MTU. Trail is located across the street (Allouez Street).

This cozy home is located in Dollar Bay which is just minutes to Houghton (4 miles). Enjoy the deck, covered porch or patio while cooking on the grill.
