Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. This newly-renovated apartment is steps away from the beach. The house's entrance is on the main promenade, close to numerous stores and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave), a big-screen TV with cable and streaming services, and Wi-Fi. You will have a private entrance and terrace with a retractable awning. Private parking and a shared laundry room are included.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
