This 3 bed, 3 bath Modern craftsman in the very heart of Silicon Valley is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and offices that dot University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. This home is on the ground floor of a three-story Professorville home. We're surrounded by beautiful homes on tree-lined streets and offer private driveway parking. Because you can walk to University Avenue, there are no parking or permit hassles. Head out for an evening stroll to explore the local wine bars, restaurants, galleries, farmer's market and boutiques. One of the most sought after locations, just across from the HP Garage, a national landmark and the birthplace of Silicon Valley.

Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Please see below for Coronavirus precautions we are taking to ensure complete safety for guests.

I can provide access to a full kitchen by prior arrangement. Apartment has ample storage (full walk-in closet) making extended visits very comfortable. For visits over 1 week, washer and dryer may be used. Location is walking distance to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, Caltrain, and the bus hub.

This completely private 1-bedroom apartment is furnished exclusively for Airbnb guests. After years of staying in Airbnb rentals ourselves, we set out to furnish this space to have everything we love in a short-term rental: nice sheets, fluffy pillows, plenty of light (but also black-out curtains), an easy-to-use TV, and cooking supplies. Right in the heart of Palo Alto, it is near Stanford University, Stanford hospital, and the bustling restaurants and shops of University Avenue.

Second bedroom is semi-detached - accessible through a small atrium off the kitchen. This bedroom as a queen bed, a trundle bed that can sleep 2, and a small desk for working from home.

No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.
