Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Our Vacation Home for weddings and family events!

Weddings, receptions, family reunions, and all family events welcome at NO extra cost! On 20 acres with an 1100 sqft covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. We have event parking next to the house that holds over 40 cars!
