It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. Είναι ένα διώροφο πέτρινο κτίσμα του 15ου αιώνα που κατοικήθηκε το 1940 από την γιαγιά μας Στέλλα και τα παιδιά της και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2018.
