Nord Vue Barn is conveniently situated in the Lakeland village of Penruddock, which benefits from very easy access to the M6. Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. Lakeway is a beautiful, freshly renovated cottage on the fringe of the Lake District National Park. It is situated 2.5 miles from Pooley bridge and is a 5 minute walk from the quaint village of Tirril, which has its own Country Pub. Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. The enclosed gardens have been recently landscaped and provide plenty of space.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities.
