Close to Clarkson University and SUNY in Potsdam (15 minute drive), and SLU and SUNY in Canton (20 minute drive) and near the Adirondacks. It is a very bright and welcoming home with lovely views of sunsets, and plenty of space for enjoying the outside. Winter recreational activities are also close by. My place is good for couples, families , and small groups.
