This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. It is one of three units in a home in the River Bend Historic District that was subdivided into apartments prior to the area being named a historic district in 1992. This listing is for apartment #2, which is one of two upstairs efficiency apartments that were both remodeled in 2025. It is ideally located between Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.

This little cabin sits on the creek side with a deck overlooking the creek. You will have a woods on one side, and farm animals on the other. It is as peaceful as it gets. Enjoy the feeling and atmosphere of camping with a crackling fire in the fire pit, enjoy a s'more or 2, & a cozy queen bed to sleep in at night. It has a loft that can fit an older child or preteen to sleep. If you love camping and farm animals this is the place for you. It’s the peace you have been looking for!
