This is a lovely family home in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville which has undergone many renovations and upgrades. The master boasts its own, ensuite, tv, fireplace and sitting area, as well as a private entrance from the pool and hot tub area. The house itself has newer furnishings, flooring, modern decor, a large fenced in backyard, pickle ball court and firepit. Located safe South East Suburb of Jacksonville, not far from shopping, beaches and many other Florida attractions.

Tucked away off the main road, in Vilano Beach, this peaceful retreat is across the street from the beach, not beachfront. Enjoy privacy and beauty. Beach access, 2 min walk across coastal highway. Bring a hammock to hang out in our yard under the tree. Don’t have one? We can provide one. Need to work? There is a separate area to focus on what you need. In addition to the ocean across the street, we are a few blocks from amazing sunsets on the river.

Beautiful home with outstanding view & access to the Intracoastal. Watch dolphins play, yachts cruise by or catch the sunset from the dock. If you're feeling adventurous, jump on a kayak or paddle board & explore the quaint islands nearby. If the ocean is calling, take a 2 min ride with the included 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver) & drive right on to Crescent beach. Grab a surf or boogie board for some extra excitement!

Everything else comes with a place near the fireplace, where you can gather. Clean and new house with amenities. Jacksonville Beach in 25 min. We allowed 2 pets. We charge $100 fee for pet.
