This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Black Desert Golf Resort, Snow Canyon and Tuacahn are a quick bike ride, walk or drive away. Zion National Park is a 45 minute drive. There is a bike/walking path right outside the gate. Casita has a kitchenette and private patio with bbq. There are stunning views of Red Mountain from your patio. Pool, fitness center and pickle ball are steps away. This is a no smoking rental.

Our neighborhood is just off scenic snow canyon parkway with a beautiful view of the Red Mountain. Minutes from Tuacahn Amphitheater for Broadway plays & Snow Canyon state park for great hiking trails. Zions National Park is an hour away and a popular destination.
