The balcony overlooks the well known restaurant Gypsy Cab and a fine Italian restaurant called Sogno! The space is an upstairs attachment to a home built in the early 1900's, It is modern and has been fully renovated with a lot of unique touches. You’re 5-10 minutes to the amphitheater and downtown historic district. You Can’t beat this location!
