You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Relax in a bright, fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment near downtown Springfield. The home sleeps up to 5 with two queen beds and a sofa bed—ideal for families, work trips, and longer stays. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and free carport parking. Hardwood floors and an open living and dining area make it easy to settle in. Pets are welcome. Please note: this is an upstairs unit and guests must climb stairs to enter.

Located one block from historic Petersburg's town square, this charming home welcomes you back in time to experience a slower pace of life . Walk the streets that Abraham Lincoln surveyed in 1836 and visit the Menard County Courthouse to see legal documents signed by Lincoln. Visit Petersburg's beautifully restored Broadgauge restaurant and bar, have coffee, yummy pastries or lunch at the Talisman. Close to 1st and 3rd Wine Bar and Hand of Fate Brewing as well.

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield offers. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available. Wi-Fi, smart TV (no cable) off-street parking and a front porch with Edison lights & a porch swing. We are confident you will enjoy your stay.
