The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Mingus Mountain-view Studio

Made from the ground up is a brand new tiny house with unique accent, pine ceilings and all new appliances. The cozy, memorable house features a full size bed on the first floor. FULLY FURNISHED. The bathroom is ornately made with floral waterfall tile work and a sink found at one of Prescott's downtown. This tiny house is specially made with LOVE by an artist! Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
