With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a secluded pool and wood-fired hot tub, it’s a convenient base for couples, families and friends exploring Marlborough’s wineries, Picton and the Sounds. Across the vines are the Richmond Ranges, whose silhouette inspired Cloudy Bay’s iconic wine label. The Picton ferry, both airports and cellar doors are within easy reach.

We welcome all guests to our bright, spacious and warm room. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea and coffee, a microwave, a toaster and a small fridge for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room.

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
