A holiday house on the rugged East coast of Tasmania, originally hand crafted by a local war veteran in the 70s, reimagined by an architect and brought back to life. Moody and cosy, Sisters is not just another shack. Set high on the cliffs with only crown land separating you from the ocean, we guarantee you will feed your soul here.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perfect for couples and families, it sleeps up to eight guests. It’s a fully self-contained house giving you everything you need for that perfect beach getaway. Minutes’ drive from Orford, and less than two hours’ drive to Freycinet National Park, with plenty of beautiful scenery and wineries along the way.

Stapleton Beach House at Spring Beach

Relax in this beautifully appointed beach house overlooking Maria Island at Spring Beach, Tasmania. Nestled between Spring and Stapleton beaches- just a short 5-7 minute walk to each, the house has four bedrooms spread over two levels. Upstairs an open plan living/dining room adjoins the kitchen with a deck overlooking the ocean, along with three bedrooms for the family. Downstairs, escape to the parents retreat or kids rumpus room- with a TV, lounge and a queen bedroom.

Sunways Orford

Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down. On arrival, enjoy Bellebonne sparkling rosé and Kenyak chocolates before unwinding into the rhythm of sea air and old-world charm. Pet-friendly stay - max 2 dogs welcome.

Orchards Nest - private, mineral hot tub w/ views

Getaway from the everyday and embrace relaxation. Nestled high on a hill overlooking glorious sunrises/sunsets, rolling green hills and orchards, blue skies and towering green gum trees. Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings.
