Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

It’s in the Whitworth University neighborhood Newly remodeled basement (2020) one bedroom with full bathroom, full kitchen (2024) and its own living room. Tastefully decorated by Janet in nautical style as the “The Anchorage Suite”. Situated in the prestigious and historic Whitworth University neighborhood, very close to many shops and restaurants on Spokane’s North side. Suitable for adults only. Hot tub use included. Entrance thru garage, however the suite itself is fully private.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

As an airline pilot, coming home I want the opposite of busy noisy spaces and my house is perfect for it. Strategically located in a small pocket of woods, it’s quiet and safe yet accessible to everywhere. The single level makes it easy to get around. Large and functional spaces that are comfortable and enjoyable to be in. Yard full of critters that come and go with the seasons, fire pits for chilling with that whisky. The place completely reenergizes me.
